Translates business and brand positioning into relevant digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market leadership
Continuously identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and analytics tools to better optimize marketing campaigns, e.g. email marketing, social media, search advertising
Works closely with the Consumer Insights and Customer Experience team to use digital media to enhance consumer experience and engagement with the brands
Works with internal and external resources and partners in developing and delivery digital media strategies and content in the most effective and cost-efficient manner
Conceptualizes and develops platforms that capture sales opportunities from online shopping
Develops and deploys digital marketing programs and content that are appealing to customers
Drives and promotes the effective use and management of available resources to meet strategies within his/her team
Establish critical and meaningful metrics for digital marketing and track its impact and contribution to overall business
Completes all required administration tasks and submits all required reports on time with accuracy
Drives quality and timely submission of reports from one’s direct reports to support regular and critical business reviews and decision-making
Establishes performance targets, conducts regular review of performance of direct reports, provides feedback and recommends interventions, as needed.
Creates and implements individual development plans (IDP) for all direct reports
Communicates and effectively enforces company policies and procedures
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
