Sr. Commercial Development Officer

Qualifications • Graduate of Business Administration/Management/Development, Commerce, Marketing, or any
related course;
• Preferably with at least 2-3 years work experience in Trade Marketing/Local Store Marketing or
Customer Acquisitions
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and determine
alternative courses of action
• Excellent communication, persuasive interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Strong commercial acumen to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-
making
• Interrelates well with people of various backgrounds and effectively leverages on relationships to
achieve desired outcomes
Responsibilities and Tasks • Support the commercial growth of the company's restaurant portfolio in terms of strategic
planning, organizing, leading, and execution of local store marketing activities to drive trial and
acquire new customers
• Analyze customer behavior and needs, monitor the competitive landscape of the company's
brands, and identify the latest market trends for the purpose of recommending appropriate
acquisition strategies and action plans
• Develop trade marketing programs and customer acquisition initiatives with measurable, data-
driven objectives
• Project manage sales promotions, sponsorships, tactical events/activations, and local booth-
selling opportunities
• Evaluate program results relative to financial aspects such as marketing budget, cost
effectiveness, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
• Coordinate with stakeholders and work cross-functionally, with internal and external partners
