YourResponsibility
Design, develop, test and operate scalable backend services to support endpoint security and peripheral use cases on public clouds (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Design and implement measurement to validate the quality of customer experience after releases.
Analyse & resolve customer problems in terms of collected telemetry and customer feedbacks.
Qualification
MUST Have
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, a related technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with C# or Java programming languages.
Experience in agile software development methodologies.
At least 2+ years of backend service development and operation experience in public clouds (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Experience in building microservices/distributed systems and applications.
Experience in following cloud service development:Managed services on public clouds (Lambda, Kinesis, Redis, SQS, WebSocket API, IoT, etc. on AWS; SignalR, Service Bus, ADX, etc. on Azure)
Container technology and cluster management tools (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Database manipulation (RDS, DynamoDB, etc. on AWS; SQL DB, Cosmos DB, etc. on Azure)
Experienced in one of following skill is a plus:
C++ or Golang programming languages.
Test case compilation.
Test automation development such as Robot Framework.
Data aggregation, analytics and reporting.
Endpoint threat research.
InfoSec/SOC work experience.
Non-technical Skill and Personality
Excellent problem-solving, solution-delivering skills, cross-team collaboration/communication, and ability to work independently
Fast learner and strong passion of learning new technology
Open attitude to the DevOps on-call rotation culture or flexibility for adjusting working hours.
