Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sports coordinator will provide high level support to the Estate Operations Officer and coordinate the strategy and projects of the Estate Management Group
Will serve as the POC for the Estates for activities including to sports facilities marketing, coordination of sporting events, scheduling and maintenance
Organize sporting events and tournaments.
Utilize various platforms such as Social Media, School Tours and Sports Networking events to promote the CV Sports Hub.
Prepare presentations and reports for sporting events.
Prepare reports to be submitted to the Estate Operations Officer.
Serve as liaison and primary point of contact for the CV SportsHub.

Scheduling and logistical preparation for the CV Sports Hub.
Timely responses to emails and answer phone calls & inquiries relating to the CV Sports Hub.
Manage the CV Sports Hub budget & finances.
Maintaining and purchasing of sporting equipment as needed

Requirements
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent on Sports Administration, Sports Science, Sports Development, Recreational Management ir Marketing
Minimum of 1-3 years experience
Proven ability to work and communicate with a diverse team
Experience in Sports Marketing is strongly preferred
