• Familiarize with Project Budget Breakdown• Coordinate requirements with SCM• Prepare timely and accurate PRs• Monitor items from SCM• Update Budget Monitoring Report• Monitor PR/PO Monitoring and Budget Monitoring Reports• Ensure timely deliveries to the site• Prepare payment requests and notify manager of delays• Coordinate with SCM and finance teams• Ensure proper communication and documentation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• Administrative job background preferred• Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City• Excellent written and communication skills• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)• Immediate availability
