Spanish Customer Service Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat and customer feedback/review responses in a timely and friendly manner.Resolve product and general questions by clarifying the customer's complaint; able to determine root cause; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the problem/issue.Ability to accurately answer product questions and provide information about other products that leads to salesMaintain customer and account records by updating daily in SAP and Zendesk accuratelyRecommend potential product improvements by collecting and analyzing customer needs.Other required duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:Some college course and/or High School Diploma at a minimum requiredAble to work on shifting schedule and can start ASAPProficient in English and Spanish, both written and spokenBENEFITS:60-65K plus company benefitsSend your resume to ****@openaccessbpo.com
