Known as the assistant to the head chef's second in command, these skilled individuals perform a range of duties including planning menus, training new staff, and recording inventory. QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree/ College Degree, Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalentAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionStrong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment and best practicesMicrosoft Office knowledgeProactive and multiskilledWorks with integrityWilling to work in Cordova, Cebu
