Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The Sourcing Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our organization through various sourcing channels. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a keen eye for identifying potential candidates, and the ability to build relationships with passive candidates.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates who meet the required skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach and networking efforts.
• Schedules and organizes assessments & interviews with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders; ensures that no shows are rescheduled for
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidate resumes and profiles to assess qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Provide timely updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on full lifecycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and attract top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruiting environment is preferred.
Work Location / Working shifts: Pasig City; NSW Business hours; NSW Legal Holidays Off ; Hybrid (3x a week)
