Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to find top talent, including social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), job boards, and professional networks. Conduct Boolean searches and leverage online resources to efficiently identify potential candidates. Craft compelling outreach messages to attract qualified candidates and generate interest in our company and open positions. Pre-screen candidates to assess their skills and experience and ensure they meet the qualifications for the role. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment. Strong understanding of social media recruiting and Boolean search techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively. Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
