Responsibilities
• Understanding the business and commercials and the associated supply markets and demand characteristics and contract requirements• Manage and deliver expectations to critical stakeholders• Develop NTC category profiling to lower total cost• Conduct supply market analysis and identify feasible new suppliers• Lead the development and implementation of sourcing contracts• Ensure strict compliance to key policies and procedures• Align NTC requirements with related departments• Capture insights from market analysis to support stakeholder innovation• Manage supplier relationships for value, innovation, and continuous improvement• Perform procurement operations activities and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• Minimum 8-12 years' experience in procurement• Background in the mobile telecommunication industry• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement process• Understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a changing environment• Strong oral and written communication skills
