Sourcing Assistant (Onsite)

Duties and Responsibilities:• Search for qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g: Boolean search)• Attract passive candidates and screen applications via phone or video call• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks• Create and send recruiting emails• Maintain candidate database and build a talent pipeline• Create and present monthly sourcing report• Research and recommend current sourcing and recruiting trends Requirements:• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in BSBA Human Resource, Psychology or equivalent• Must have at least 1 - 3 year of experience as a recruiter or related experience• Knowledge in using social media platforms, LinkedIn, and job portals• Recruitment experience is ideal but not required• With stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (Temporary WFH)• Willing to report onsite if needed (Office is located at Eastwood Libis in Quezon City)
