What You Will Be Doing The Sourcing and Logistics Coordinator will coordinate the execution of the Sourcing process and related logistics, handle exceptions and contingencies, and provide support to Procurement projects and Vendor Performance Management. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute the operational sourcing process with focus on a specific category; obtain value for money. Logistics: Coordinate delivery of supplies at the right place and the right time with Logistics service providers Contingency management & exception handling: Coordinate and execute resolution of contingencies and exceptions Continuous improvement: Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders such as ships crews, superintendents and fleet managers to optimise order processes and costs Participate in Procurement projects relevant to the Sourcing category Coordinate invoice disputes: Review invoice discrepancies and disputes Qualifications And Skills 2-5 Years' experience in Sourcing/Buying roles Excellent communication skills and experience with managing Stakeholder interests Fluency in English spoken and written communication Ability to handle complexity; handling several tasks at the time, prioritising and overseeing tasks at hand. Analytical skills: (Excel) skills to run spend analysis Negotiation skills: familiar with and able to run negotiations Team Player, thriving in a dynamic environment Work experience in the maritime/logistics industry is preferred Cultural awareness: ability to operation in a multinational environment Advanced Vocational Education level, gained through education or experience Good knowledge of M/s Office applications What We Offer Join us and become part of a family-founded organization where your contribution counts.
