Solutions Intern

The Solutions OJT is responsible for assisting the solutions department with regards to troubleshooting and maintaining PCs including hardware and software, laptops, printers and scanners. A Solutions assistant will have the following duties:Assisting solutions department with regards to internal and external needs.Software installations and upgrades.New PC installationsTechnical documentationTroubleshoot microsoft windows operating system issuesTroubleshoot local and network printing issuesWork support tickets to resolution with our support teamWeekly and monthly reportOther duties are assignedQualifications:Graduating students taking up Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, IE, Computer Engineer or any related courseStrong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT fieldExcellent in problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHas the ability to multitask and can both work independently as part of the teamBasic end-user support on usage and troubleshooting of IT related hardware and peripherals (e.g. printers, scanners, telephony, and other peripherals)Basic troubleshooting, maintenance of hardware equipment (e.g. condition checking and diagnosis)Must be able to meet deadlinesMust be flexibleWilling to work on a hybrid set-up (work on-site and work from home)Graduating Students are welcome to applyWith own laptop
