Responsibilities:Owns the functional and technical end-to-end solution:• Ensures end-to-end solution cohesion and correctness• Designs and takes responsibility of the governance for an integrated system that meets the product-owner's vision• Assesses the systems architecture currently in place and works with technical staff to continually improve it• Provides leadership and guidance to the team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans• Owns the specifications and requirements into the systems architecture• Assists the Product Owners / functional resources with requirements gathering and provides design guidance• Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to translate the critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations• Possesses deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform including Finance and Operations, and/or Customer Engagement with the a particular strength in identifying what can be delivered out of the box and when it is fitting to use custom development• Work with clients on their Microsoft cloud adoption strategy• Creating high level architectural designs based on customer requirements• Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's cloud adoption needs• Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Technical Architects• Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team• Showcase our propositions to customers via online webinars and face to face workshops• Engage with stakeholders and ensure our solutions are understood throughout the firm• Engage with customers on a long-term basis and drive Microsoft Azure adoption• Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare and contrast solutions• Create collateral and GTM (go-to-market) ideas to enhance our offering in the marketplace• Work on proposals and RFI's alongside the sales and pre-sales teams• Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teamsQualifications:• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses• Has at least 5 years in-depth experience with Azure Platform, Power Platform, Business Applications such as Dynamics 365 CRM, F&O, SCM• With experience in Integration Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Test Driven Development, DevOps• Able to lead the module in large scale implementations• With experience or knowledge of how to modernize applications and processes using the Azure platform and technologies• Has relevant Microsoft certifications and trainings• Has experience on data management tools, training, and testing tools• Good interpersonal and communication skills and must demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, is innovative and constantly seeks improvement• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documents are consistent in language, terminology and style
