Job Description:
To provide clear and accurate product demonstrations and support to clients, potential clients, and members of the organization.
Technical/Product-specific
Updates project templates, publishing templates, workflow diagrams, and project workflows per client requests and specifications. Updates reference sheets for script enhancements or bug fixes. Monitors and updates project tasks per client requests and regulations. Creates custom process steps that represents client processes. Updates project process steps referent to client specifications and regulations. Creates scripts for better application performance. Sets up AWS instances which act as virtual machines. Installs/deploys Xacta® Solutions. Updates Xacta® instances. Downloads latest builds of AWS™ instances. Updates current installations. Fixes bugs in the system and makes use of latest system enhancements. Sets up S3™ buckets via AWS™ console account which acts as virtual storage. Installs HostInfo™ service for data collection. Installs the Xacta® proprietary Extensible Publishing service as a publishing tool. Installs Xacta® Continuum® as an automated continuous monitoring tool. Facilitates online trainings for cyber security, NIST, and other regulations and security-related information and issues specifically as used on Xacta® solutions. Creates documentation of technical processes including installations, upgrades, and other technical processes used. Prepares progress reports. Conducts client presentations locally or abroad. Others
Extends support to other development teams, as required. Attends meetings, as required. May report on non-regular working hours, as needed. Performs duties as assigned and within areas of expertise.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering With two (2) to three (3) years’ experience and with a strong-IT background Preferably with a background in Information Security and/or Regulatory compliance Technical skills
