Responsibilities
• Work with customers to identify technical needs, gaps, and deployment alternatives• Deliver solutions to customers working with implementation teams• Respond to customer technical surveys and questionnaires• Design and document the solution• Conduct technical setup and integration remotely and on-site• Provide second-level support including issue analysis and resolution
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience with Web Sphere, Web Logic, Tomcat, JBoss App Servers• Experience with Java, Java EE, and JVM as a platform is a must• Experience with Mobile Dev Frameworks is an advantage• Experience with Web Development Stacks• Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an advantage• Experience with Load Balancing technologies• Experience with Container based deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher) is an advantage• Proven experience with enterprise level software delivery• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Business level of English is a must• Information security knowledge is an advantage• Highly motivated• Ability to act independently
