Roles and Responsibilities Work with the business to reproduce bugs they report and create tickets Address customer concerns and issues regarding software operation Document complaint reports and troubleshooting steps Assist software developers to resolve technical issues during the software development process Teach stakeholders how to use new features and products Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Minimum Qualifications:
What profile are we looking for? Academic and Work Experience More than a year of software support experience Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Experience with Linux and SQL is an advantage Mindset and Attitude Strong propensity for research and investigation Willingness to learn and grow and improve knowledge Self-motivated Able to see individual tasks within the big picture Able to cope with managing multiple priorities Skill Set Good written and verbal communication
