Job Overview
We are one of the most exciting technology start-ups to come out of the United States with rapid growth rate, one of the few companies to go IPO last year.
Due to our rapid growth and increasing workload, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant / Account Development Manager who will assist our German Account team (ex Microsoft and Oracle), to help drive the sales pipeline for our products, services, and solutions.
You will be responsible for supporting our Sales team in London with administrative tasks such as scrubbing data lists, identifying prospective decision makers, webinar and event lead list creation. There is massive career progression based on your abilities and performance.
The lists will be created in Excel, so being familiar with Excel and / or Google Sheets is core requirements. Web based research using LinkedIn and Google is also a core requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- data quality checks
- data entry via Excel / Google Sheets
- web research (LinkedIn, Google, etc)
Your primary job role to begin with, will be to create and / or cleanse contact lists to help support our team with data quality to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Rapid career progression for the right candidate. Training will be provided and the account team has an open door policy for questions.
Job Requirements:
-> Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle written objections and creating compelling messaging
-> Excel and / or Google Sheets
-> Your own computer with headset & webcam
-> A fast and reliable internet connection
-> A quiet and distraction-free workspace
-> Self-driven, motivated and results and detail oriented
