Responsibilities
From your involvement with the sales process and team, be able to structure a new project engagement including the initial analysis and design elements.
Produce project management documents and plans that are comprehensive and clear
Lead the project team to deliver their best to ensure an on time, on budget and quality delivery.
Work with the clients constructively to assist them with their project deliverables and change management.
Keep all project stakeholders appropriately informed throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor client satisfaction throughout the project and ensure that the outcomes meet the clients objectives
Identify and actively minimise project risks.
Maintain tight scope and change control.
Be respected by the project team members and provide continuous feedback to them about their delivery performance.
Quickly identify and prioritise issues and actively monitor their resolution
Complete project reviews that celebrate the project success, recognize contributions, assist personal development and provide delivery improvement insights.
Receive client referrals from the high degree of satisfaction with how you have managed the project
Refine and innovate service delivery and project approaches based on project learns
Achieve key goals of client and consultant satisfaction with your project management, client satisfaction with the project outcomes and project profitability

Requirements & Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail
Enjoy working and communicating with a team, solving problems, structuring plans and following tasks through to completion
Have experience working in a professional services environment billing for time
Possess experience with implementing business applications across a range of project s
Be Microsoft Office (including Project) proficient
