Software Engineer

Works with development, quality assurance and design teams in the Philippines and US to deliver software products and product updates of outstanding quality
Develop and maintain value-add for Deltek software namely Costpoint, Time and Expense, Budgeting and Planning, and Shop Floor Time.
Develop new and upgrade existing models for Costpoint, Time and Expense, Budgeting and Planning, Shop Floor Time using IBM Cognos Framework Manager 11.x
Develop new and upgrade existing dashboards and reports for Costpoint, Time and Expense and Budgeting and Planning, using IBM Cognos Analytics 11.x
Analyze existing models, dashboards and reports for documentation purposes.Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
Minimum of four years of relevant industry experience.
Experience as a professional Software Developer using Java, or similar languages.
Excellent knowledge and skills in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and SQL.
Knowledge in IBM Cognos products, other business intelligence tools or other web reporting tools
Knowledge in Data Modeling and Entity-Relationship Diagrams.
Experience in ERP systems, data warehousing, or business intelligence programming.
Proven track record of learning new products and technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, using English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule, as needed.
