Social Media Marketer

Tasks and Responsibilities:1. Create and maintain social media accounts2. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, technologies, laws, and best practices3. Oversee an organization's overall social media strategy4. Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity and products identity5. Work with designers to create and publish social media posts6. Creating consistent, meaningful shareable content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, to drive traffic and improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns7. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts8. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences9. Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner10. Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events11. Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success12. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI13. Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance14. Performing other duties when neededII.Job Qualification1. Min school Diploma, or bachelor degree in journalism, communications, marketing or equivalent2. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English3. Familiarity with online marketing channels4. Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with a command of each network and their best practices5. Creative thinker6. Social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting is a bonus7. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus8. Experience in doing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok advertisement is an advantage9. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules
