Company:The client is set out to become one of the country’s leading suppliers of talent, priding itself on personal and professional service. Since then, their talent have graced magazines, television, billboards and events as brand ambassadors.
Job Description:
• Build accurate jobs
• Send out jobs to relevant talent
• Work to deadlines that are sometimes within 30 mins-1hr
• Chase up talent responses to ensure speedy package delivery
• Collate talent responses into list or comp card attachments
• Close jobs on WINK Central when they are completed or dead
Portfolio management
• Create model comp cards and web portfolios
• Check outstanding Tasks each day and complete
• Send the team daily update of portfolio tasks and alert any changes in talent look or availability
• Assist team in updating and management of talent master list, Casting Networks profiles and other general admin around talent
• Social Media management
• Manage and utilize Schedugram for scheduled Instagram posts including relevant
tags & hashtags
• Reply to comments (engaging in the SM community) to further develop relationship
with current models & clients and to build the online profile.
• Management of company Facebook. Inclusive of uploading
content, engaging with group members and monitoring effectiveness
• Liaise with all Talent Managers to gather images and footage of jobs for posting
• Visiting promotions, events and shoots where appropriate and taking photos &
video for marketing collateral (at least one per week)
Skill Set:
• Must have 2 to 3 of relevant professional experience
• Will be reasonably tech saavy and able to learn how to use company software
• Must be a problem solver
• Must be organised
• Must have great initiative
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must use critical thinking to identify the needs of the team ahead of time and and offer solutions
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - AU Timezone
• Amenable to start immediately
Must Haves:

• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 7 or Mac OS X
• Perfectly working headset and webcam
