Create: Our content team create highly engaging, compelling video content that is created to either drive a logical or emotional response. All content is aligned with the overarching strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
3 + years of experience as a Social Media Ads Specialist or similar role Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, YouTube and snapchat - This will eventually include booking TV advertisements(Experience not required) Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Setup social media accounts (When required Setup of tag manager and google analytics (When Required). Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Good understanding of social media KPIs Excellent multitasking skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with a deep knowledge of social media analytics & problem solving Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills - Speaks and writes fluently in English Client facing personality with the confidence too reach out to current/new clients Experience with remarketing/custom audiences
