Social Media Account Specialist

Job Description
Build, develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members and targetted audiences to take action
Set up and optimize company social media pages and website within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage, create and oversee social media content across all platforms
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Works closely with the Visual Communications Artist to ensure content is informative and appealing, and is correct (Grammar, and language used)
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and build stronger brand awareness to drive sales
Creates Digital Marketing Calendars and execution schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Manages Digital Sales needs/Digital Promos to be posted and implemented across Social Media platforms
Manages client feedbacks and exepctations (Page queries, FAQs)
