Job Overview: The Small Service Business (SSB) Manager's role is to achieve company objectives by planning effectively, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance while ensuring that the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Managing sales and execution activities of small service projects (spare parts and standard services) according to company procedures and customer requirements in the best interest of the company Managing customer queries and offer preparations. Sales activity and market reporting Review of technical requirements and coordination of system engineers Cost inquiries in collaboration with procurement and system engineers Negotiation with customers Review contract and project documents (technical & commercial aspects during tendering/ sales activities) Order processing and project management. Cost controlling and billing coordination. Maintaining good customer relationship Education:
Preferably Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering studies from a reputable university
Working Experience:
Minimum five (5) years of proven experience in the same field and company's business line
Required skills and qualifications: Proficient in CAD Proficient in MS Office including MS Project Fluent in English, both oral and written Having knowledge of product and market pricing Strong interpersonal skills – Successful candidates will communicate effectively and possess strong writing skills, etc. Preferred skills and qualifications: Highly organized, excellent problem solver, strong attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multi-task. Understanding of the Contract Clauses for the supply of industrial equipment based on international standards. Able to work independently. Knowledge of Hydropower Plants is an advantage.
