With over 20 years of expertise under its belt, DigiPlus ushered its unbeatable dominance in the Philippine retail gaming market by forging an empire of world-class multi-gaming platforms strategically located through a robust distribution network in prime locations across the country.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Performs all necessary repairs to slot machines, change machines, signs, and slot monitoring equipment and also rebuild and repair all slot machine parts, tools, and related equipmentTroubleshoots and repairs any slot machine and related equipment including all circuit boards without assistanceResponsible for the initial set-up and check-out of new slot machines, ensures the machines are in proper working conditionPerforms floor repair and preventative maintenance of all slot machines, including cleaning of machines and overhaulsMaintains the integrity of slot machine equipment and secures all company assets and property at all timesResponsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly, including meal books and repair logs, etc.Completes slot machine repair slips and related repair logsPerforms renovations or changes in slot machines and tag repairable parts with appropriate informationAssists other floor personnel when advanced troubleshooting skills are requiredAll other duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or Bachelor's or equivalentProven working experience as Slot TechnicianConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust have excellent communication skills, polite, and present a neat appearance at all timesAbility to work with others as a team in an efficient mannerMust be available to work all shiftsAbility to work in a fast–paced environmentMaintenance and electronic background is good to have
