Site Surveillance Operator

**Job Summary**- To monitor various sites by watching video snippets and/or live video feed;- To comprehend what is observed and identify threat, risk or anomaly.- To communicate through a standard escalation model- Record pertinent monitoring events for archiving and investigation (identification, escalation, resolution, etc.).**Job Qualifications**- Experience in CCTV monitoring is an advantage but not required.- Experience in BPO Industry is an advantage but not required.- With good communication skills, both verbal and written.- Willing to work during weekends, holidays and in different shifts including night shift- Amenable to work in onsite. Our office is located in Megaworld, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
