Site Architect (Davao)

Job descriptionTheSite Architect is responsible in analyzing and inspecting data in relation to accomplishing architectural designs. Coordinates with key personnel to ensure design specification compliance.Duties and Responsibilities:· Analyzes building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.· Operates computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records.· Obtains and assembles data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.· Coordinates structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.· Coordinates with designers, sub-contractors / material suppliers in relation to project accomplishment.· Supervises, coordinates, and inspects the work of the workers on construction projects; and· Ensures builders compliance with the design specifications and advising on designs correction, under Designer / Project-in-Charge supervision.· Provide back-up relief for other team members and perform ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time to provide support to the department and the Company.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture or equivalent.Required language(s): EnglishAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience related in fit-out.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.WILLING TO RELOCATECan start immediatelyWilling to work night shiftJob Type: Full-timePay: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per monthBenefits:Company Christmas giftFlextimePromotion to permanent employeeTransportation service providedSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:13th month salaryOvertime payPerformance bonusApplication Question(s):Willing to relocateEducation: Bachelor's (Required)Willingness to travel:100% (Required)
