Showroom Officer-In-Charge

Assist the showroom manager in all aspects of the showroom operationsSupervise the showroom sales teamProvide service to walk-in clients, showroom clients and existing clientsFacilitate all sales and marketing activities in the showroomEnsure to meet the monthly sales targetKeep track of sales performances and analyze potential problemsLead and guide the staff, to maximize sales and profit, to achieve and excel above the sales targetMaintain good relationship with clientsPromote and market company productsSupervise all stock movement activities and request for stock replenishment in an efficient manner and in due time Ensure that all sales transactions are accounted for properly and cash transactions are deposited on time Ensure that the petty cash fund is always physically secured and all transactions in relation thereto are duly approvedRequest for petty cash replenishment when neededEnsure to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the items and showroomSubmit daily and monthly sales and inventory reportsDo other duties as may be required by the immediate superior and/or Management.With at least one year experience in sales and retailPreferably with experience in furniture industryPowerful leading skills and business orientationCustomer management skillsStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsBS degree in Business Administration or relevant fieldWith complete pre-employment requirements
