Service Head / Service Officer (Main Office Branch, Ortigas, Isabela)

Duties and Responsibilities / Requirements:
Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Bank’s products and services through effective management of Branch Operations, Customer Service, staff and resources, and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
Must be a graduate of any 4-year business-related course
With at least 8 years of banking experience, specifically in branch operations
Must be very knowledgeable in branch operations
Must be customer service-oriented
Must be computer literate and keen on details
Must be amenable to work beyond office hours
Must be willing to be assigned in any of the branches mentioned above
