Responsibilities
• Manage MAC work delivery and negotiate delivery dates• Monitor customer tickets and drive ticket closure• Coordinate quality and process improvement• Coordinate environment changes• Manage quotation and billing• Ensure contract compliancy• Look for opportunities for revenue growth
Requirements
• A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Computer Science• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management• Previous experience in account ownership• Ability to take ownership and be accountable for project performance• Willingness to work flexible hours• Experience in handling small delivery projects• EDI/B2B/E-commerce experience
