**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Greets all customers promptly; provides timely professional service.- Conducts vehicle inspection checklist for the incoming and outgoing units with prepared repair order.- Uses computer systems to look up customer's service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information and manage information.- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify service needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate.- Asks relevant questions regarding repair or service request to ensure proper servicing of vehicle.- Estimates cost and completion time/settles customer accounts. Suggests additional services that Service Department offers.- Communicates with customers about status of work and explains technical information about repairs to customers.**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:- We are looking for a full-time individual who has passion in talking and dealing with people, customer advocate, a seller, cheerful personality, system & process oriented, responsible, embody a helpful attitude, and has basic knowledge in the auto industry to join our dynamic team- Ability to present materials & communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner.- Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed- Must be customer-oriented and articulate.Schedule:- 8 hour shift
