SEO Manager Responsibilities:
Lead a team of SEO associates to build our website traffic and search visibility
Develop strategies and creative solutions for SEO projects
Reviewing and analyzing sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
Conduct various testing methods in design, layout, and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic.
Collaborate with the engineering team and content writers to create and implement optimization strategies.
Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid and stay within search engine guidelines
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Track, report, and analyze website analytics
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
7 years experience related to SEO and Marketing field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to spot emerging SEO and market trends
Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
