Job Description:
Overall Job Function The Senior UI/UX Developer transforms the digital designs into ads and websites, per requirement.


Primary Responsibilities: Manage the creatives teams’ deliverables and ensure timelines are met Establish best practices in ad design, and share knowledge on how experience design can improve campaign performance Create staging links based on ad mock designs Optimize creative executions to improve campaign performance as necessary Be the creative product champion; understand all ad format specs and create new ideas on how to utilize them On some occasions, create microsites for ad landing pages Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as a front-end developer Preferably with UI/UX designer experience Solid understanding of digital design principles JavaScript proficiency is required Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages, and CSS preprocessor tools Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver Preferably with a working knowledge and understanding of internet especially Internet Media i.e. online advertising trends, latest advertising technology, etc. Great persistency, responsibility and patience in completing tasks Passionate and flexible about innovation and speed learning Possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills Leadership experience is preferred
