Senior Specialist Resource Planning

Responsible for Mal Site Investment & Asset ManagementIn your new role you will:Responsible to achieve monthly Forecast Accuracy KPI, perform plausi check & update, coordinate pull & push, perform accrual in-transit (if require).Accountable & reporting input to Finance for AUC Reporting extension requirement & Asset Insurance.Responsible to coordinate, compilation on data analyze based on BW reporting & SAP HIM input.Responsible for monthly Forecast Accuracy balancing within Site Mal.Responsible & focus 2 packages on CP application management with Invest Review coordination, ensure readiness of CP accordance to Invest Template Guideline, creation & maintenance of e-CP & budget allocation in SAP HIM.Coordinate & reporting on the yearly asset audit & support add hoc audit request.Responsible to coordinate TCR CAPEX IDL list, provide overview of individual Segment/Dept CAPEX, input into SAP HIM.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor Degree of Economics, Finance, Accounting and related studies.Prefer to have accounting background and sensitive to figure.Able to communicate and coordinate well with related stakeholders.Fluent in English written and communicationAble to handle deadlinesBenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
