Job Description:
This requirement is for Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc., the infrastructure arm of Aboitiz. The Senior Specialist for Office Management will handle project-related administration and coordination for the start-up team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the office and coordination of staff. The incumbent will apply organizational and time management skills to support staff activities and oversee documents, records, and materials. The incumbent will also have a support role in setting up engagements with prospective landlords.


Key Responsibilities: Oversee general office operations including management of the office space, equipment, and stock of supplies. Tracking and monitoring of expense records and project

documents and materials. Coordinate appointments, meetings, travel, and manage staff schedules Make Introductory sales calls to prospective multi-site property

owners and set up meetings for the project team. Minimum Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, or any equivalent course. One to two (1-2) years experience in administration, planning, sales or related tasks.
