Job Description We are currently seeking a dynamic and detailed-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Operations specialist / analyst. This role is integral to our sales team's efficiency and success
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales and support teams to collect, analyze and interpret zendesk sales and ticket data.
Support the manila shared services team build and develop dashboard, tracking tools to report on our key performance metrics
Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and suggest solutions.
Ensure sales' compliance with established operational processes and procedures.
Maintain database and records for sales related information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computing or related fields
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Google analytics, google cloud bigquery and other online reporting platforms such as google data studio
Prior experience with SalesForce, Zendesk, Gainsight Applications & Google sheets will be an advantage
Strong understanding of sales operations, business practices and patterning with sales and support teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
