Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee our heavy equipment business operations in the Luzon region of the Philippines. This position will primarily focus on managing key accounts and driving sales growth for our range of heavy equipment products, with a specific emphasis on excavators.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment industry across the Luzon region, including construction companies, contractors, mining operations, and infrastructure developers.
Account Development: Create and implement strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities, increase market share, and achieve sales targets for excavators in the Luzon area.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales of excavators by understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and offering customized solutions that meet project requirements.
Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our excavators, including their features, specifications, and applications. Utilize this knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation, market expansion, and competitive positioning in the Luzon region.
Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with key accounts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Customer Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to key accounts, including equipment demonstrations, technical assistance, and after-sales service, to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service, to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and optimize customer experience across the Luzon region.
Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track performance against targets, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions to drive sales growth and profitability.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including safety standards, legal requirements, and ethical practices, to mitigate risks and safeguard business interests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven track record of at least 5 of successful sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, with a focus on excavators.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of excavators and their applications in construction, mining, and infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Luzon region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
