Senior Relationship Officer

Job Descriptions

Responsible for managing the merchant relationships including the onboarding process and on-going key account management

Develop a cooperative working relationship with Key Business Partners

Monitor and research industry and competitive trends

Contact premium vendors in the groceries/restaurants/ food industry in order to meet with the decision makers and discuss possibilities of future partnerships.

Present our innovative premium product and negotiate contracts with our partner vendors.

Take care of the after-sales documentation and ensure our partner vendor will successfully be on-boarded on our platform.

Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads.

Job Qualifications

Must have experience in Sales and Marketing Industry.

Must have excellent customer service, sales and negotiation skills.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
