Who are we looking for We are looking for a Senior Project Planner / Controller to join our Construction Phase Services Group. The role will primarily take on the the following tasks:
Management, and maintenance/monitoring of project schedules of multiple construction contract packages on behalf of the client Review and input in the development of client's project schedules Review, input, manage reports on time (daily, monthly, weekly depending on project requirement) Advise project management team of any potential variations or claims that the contractor may make and lead the appropriate documentation and recommendations to the client Lead the task of reviewing contractor's progress Lead the monitoring of construction schedules, identify delay risks, suggest catch-up plans What you will bring in to the team: Formal qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline Established 15+ years of experience in the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in critical path methodology in assessment of claims for extension of time in identifying risks to the project schedule Proficiency in the use of project planning softwares such as Primavera and MS Project Experienced in leading a team Focus on client service Able to manage several jobs at once and determine priorities Proactive, analytical and problem solving skills Identify options for alternative methods and sequences Ability to function effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, effectively realign priorities in a fast-paced, time sensitive dynamic work environment This job offer will be based on the project site office assigned across the Philippines.
