Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the organization's goals and customer needs. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and enhance existing products.2. Act as the primary liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and customers. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product features. Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and feedback sessions to continuously improve the product.3. Serve as the voice of the customer and the business, prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and testers, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality product increments. Embrace agile principles and methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive iterative and incremental product development.4. Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, release plans, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on priorities, manage expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of product releases. Continuously refine and adjust the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and business goals.5. Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications. Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and releases to stakeholders, customers, and the broader organization. Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase new features and gather feedback.6. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with designers to ensure a user-centric approach and seamless user experiences. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against set targets. Minimum of 8 years of product ownership or management experience, with a focus on building banking applications. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and driving product innovation.2. Strong understanding of the banking industry, including banking products, processes, regulations, and customer expectations. Familiarity with digital banking platforms and prior experience in developing banking applications is highly desirable.3. Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers, gathering requirements, and translating them into product features. Strong empathy for customer needs and a customer-centric mindset.4. Solid business understanding and ability to align product strategies with business goals. Experience in analyzing market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying new business opportunities.5. Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
