General Responsibilities Understand PDAX and its industry, business, operations, organization structure, products & services, and compliance processes & systems. Master the regulations relevant to the team's work (e.g. AML, CTF, etc.) Meet all the departmental SLAs, which include: Managing customer account cases that are flagged and routed to the Compliance Monitoring team. Reviewing the transaction monitoring system parameters to ensure that alerts are always calibrated. Ensuring that CTRs and STRs are properly identified, written, and submitted promptly to the AMLC. Document the team's processes, procedures, and SLAs. Implement the most value-adding improvements on existing and new processes. Manage the internal and external tools and systems used by the team (e.g. TRM Labs, Notabene, CLFG, etc.). Keep updated on Compliance Monitoring trends and risk mitigation approaches locally & globally. As part of ERM, maintain an accurate list of Compliance risks based on internal reviews of processes. Help the team conduct Compliance awareness campaigns/trainings in the company. Complete special projects/work as assigned by senior management. Qualifications Work experience in operations, process improvement, compliance, or risk management (preferably 1 to 3 years). Sufficient knowledge of pertinent regulations, process improvement, compliance, and risk management practices. Big-picture thinking, problem-solving, creativity, learning agility. Attention to detail, accuracy, organization and time management skills. Has initiative, is proactive, and works independently to deliver results. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams, including internal and external stakeholders. Has strong written and oral communication skills. Willingness to learn about using compliance systems and tools for data aggregation and analysis. Demonstrates accountability, a passion to perform, and determination in achieving the team's goals.
