Senior Marketing Assistant

To sell the company’s construction services to prospective clients
To preempt and obtain required data / information for in-coming projects to assist management in the evaluation of the project and make decision
To represent the Company to clients by visiting the clients offices and update status for any projects in the pipeline
Discuss with clients for any prospective biddings and obtain necessary documents for projects
To act as representative to government agencies such as PCAB. POCB, CIAP and other concerned government agencies
To perform site inspection and survey to support further evaluation and confirmation of advance data or information
Maintain and update compilation of data for each specific target project Assists the Marketing Manager / General Manager in the preparation, evaluation and submission of bid documents
Has initiative to update management status of data/research on time
Other related Marketing activities to attain the objectives
