We are currently on the look out for an experienced and skilled Senior Level Designer to join our successful and well established Nottingham studio.
If you are looking for the next step in your career then look no further!Reporting to the lead designer, in this role you will:
• Plan and execute your levels from high-level concept to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to make those levels exciting, innovative and engaging
• Use extensive playtesting to refine your work
• Guide and mentor a small team of level designers to help deliver levels
To be successful you will have:
• More than five years of level design experience and / or shipped two or more titles in this role
• A good grasp of level design principles such as pacing and flow across both single and multiplayer experiences
• Experience working on first or third person action / adventure or shooting titles
• Familiarity with 3D software packages such as Max/Maya
• Mentoring experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
