Conducts technical specification reviews in order to estimate time and budget requirements for custom projects.
Verifies accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Performs testing/QA of code.
Provides exceptional client service.
Coaches and/or responds to Software Support team inquires, identifies problems and proposes solutions.
Communicates to Engineering team any product issues that are programmatic and need correction.
Identifies any improvements to consulting processes and tools and communicates to supervisor.
Creates and maintains procedures manuals.
Documents project statuses and milestones accurately and completely in CRM database.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years hands-on experience working with data-driven web applications
