Senior Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR Operations, which includes but not limited to associate relations, account-related audit compliance, training, and other HR functions. Creates and supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Supports administration of HR policies, processes and procedures. May train, mentor, and assist in the development of others. Supports management and all associates within a site. Assists the local HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities. Provides general guidance and support on performance concerns and issues. Importantly, with case management experience. Performs other duties as assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in an HR Generalist role or equivalent HR experience required. Additional experience in other HR disciplines preferred but not required. Experience demonstrating general knowledge, interpretation, and application of employment laws. Demonstrated success in conducting behavioral interviews. Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role a plus.
