Job Summary
This person will assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing various HR programs to attract, manage, develop and retain a team of highly competent and goal-oriented individuals for the group. He/she will be in-charge of identifying talent gaps and vacant positions, sourcing for and onboarding the suitable candidates, growing them within the organization by developing needed skills and expertise, and effectively engaging and motivating them to achieve long-term business goals.
Talent Acquisition
Source, interview and assess candidates for managerial and senior technical positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Design job descriptions and job specifications
Anticipate recruiting needs and develop a database to ensure appropriate applicant flow
Ensure updated candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
Conduct job offer and negotiate renumeration package

Talent Management
Review, design and implement the company's talent management processes including performance, resource planning and succession planning
Coordinate with business heads and provide guidance to ensure implementation of the performance review cycle
Identify training needs and recommend development strategies
Develop and implement onboarding procedures and orientation of new hires
Conduct soft-skills learning sessions, as needed
Review and recommend recognition programs that reward performance and contribution to the company’s goals

Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management course or its equivalent
With at least 4-5 years relevant work experience in talent management (job design, capacity planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management)
HR experience in an IT / ICT company is an advantage
Proven experience in working successfully as a team head/ part of a team and in collaborating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable and can lead a team
Has excellent communication skills (verbal and written English) and with good presentation skills
With ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
