Focus on customer engagement by personally attending to clients, ensuring client requirements are understood and delivered, and client expectations are exceeded. Work with Operations Manager(s) to achieve maximum profitability/ revenues and analyze sales performance metrics so as safekeeping of cash sales. Maintain a business philosophy that quality service of her team leads to profits and repeat clients.
Qualifications: • 6 months to 1 year of Cashier, Team Lead, Supervisory or Managerial experiences • Experience in Beauty and Wellness Industry is an advantage • College graduate/at least college level/graduate of any 2-year course • Customer service oriented • With team management skills • Sales oriented Job Description: A Senior Hair Stylist typically has an advanced level of expertise in the field of hair styling and salon services. Over time, as they gain expertise, they may advance to become senior hair stylists themselves.
