About the Role
Willow is seeking a talented and enthusiastic professional to join our team based in Manila, responsible for servicing and supporting Willow’s global operations.
In this role you will work closely with the Executive Group and senior leaders in the business on the production of submissions and presentations. You will liaise with colleagues on all levels to ensure bid collateral is delivered accurately and to deadlines.
This is guided by the overarching business plan and the day-to-day activities may change focus depending on requirements to support the achievement of our annual goals and objectives.
Outcomes
Coordinating and editing customised tender submissions and proposals
Coordinating and editing presentations for client meetings
Creating in-house graphics to support proposal and working with the in-house graphic designer when necessary
Liaising with Head of Pre-Contracts, Product team and Digital team for information and timeframes
Updating and maintaining CV’s, project profiles and other marketing collateral
Key Requirements
Experience in a submissions or marketing role within the construction/design industry is essential
Excellent written communication skills
Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop
2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
High attention to detail, grammar and punctuation
An active interest in and knowledge of property, technology and/or architecture
Well-presented with a keen understanding of style
Tertiary level qualifications in a related field are preferred
Passion for branding and graphic design
High attention to detail
Enjoys working in a cross-functional team
Loves technology and wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team
