Responsibilities Supports the Business to ensure the achievement of cost reduction initiatives and annual budget targets Support and challenge operations management whilst ensuring financial integrity Support the business throughout Contract lifecycle covering new business, renewals, price reviews, BCA, project start-up, performance management to contract closure Forecasting & budgeting Monthly forecasting Manage the annual budgeting and midterm planning (IBP) Training Prepare training program for Account managers, Finance, BD as necessary Projects Support regional projects where required Tax, Statutory, External Control Ensure compliance with fiscal controls Ensure compliance with guidelines from external auditor Requirements Relevant university degree, professional accounting qualification or equivalent At least 3 to 5 years of experience in management accounting / statutory reporting. Experience in commercial finance or Big 4 audit experience is preferred Working knowledge of Oracle is an advantage Excellent communication skills Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate Customer oriented and results driven Excellent Project Management & Presentation skills Must be willing to be hands on
